Paul Dawalibi, President & CEO

Paul is President & CEO of Praized Media. He is also a venture capitalist at Saint Lawrence Capital, focusing on internet, software, and mobile investments. Paul frequently writes and speaks about startups and the venture capital industry. Some of his commentary can be found through his alter ego – the VC Whisperer . Prior to joining Saint Lawrence Capital in 2006, Paul was the founder and CEO of Cereal Technologies. Cereal was focused on the development of unique mobile applications. Previously, Paul worked in sales and marketing at IBM, American Express and Sun Microsystems. Mr. Dawalibi holds a Hon. Sebastien “Seb” Provencher, VP of Product Management and Business Development

Seb is Praized Media’s intrepid explorer and ambassador. He has more than 12 years’ experience in local search, interactive entertainment and online media. From 1999 to 2007, Seb played an instrumental role in formulating Yellow Pages Group’s online strategy. He developed their most successful online advertising product ever (DirectoryPlus), struck a strategic partnership with Google, and created a vision around local search. Sylvain Carle, CTO

Sylvain is Praized Media’s inventive shaman. He’s been on the bleeding edge of new media and networked applications for more than a decade. Sylvain was VP of Interactive Media solutions at LVL Studio, CTO at Messagia and Product Manager at My Virtual Model. He also worked as a CTO for hire in Silicon Valley in 2000-2001, where he was a senior consultant to several dot-com startups.
